All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.

We make every effort to display product details and descriptions accurately; however, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders reported within 5 days of delivery.

5. Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring charges based on the selected delivery frequency.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at orders@almadecafe.co. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to ensure proper processing.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel subscription programs at any time.

6. Order Refusal & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alma de Café, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
